The sausages with paprika dish... I have made it multiple times and it is simply de-li-cioussss. (I do cut my paprikas differently to waste even LESS xD )
That is also how I know this video is a repost BUT worth the repost!
Not all chefs share ideas, so let's take a moment and appreciate the passion and heart Gordon has towards food and sharing his knowledge to other people.

On that note I would also like to add that many people criticize the Hell's Kitchen shows and the failing restaurant ones... but I just see a man who's expressing his passion for food and trying to shape that into other people who are interested in cooking as well. Lets not forget that he has been trained by Marco Pierre... xD So harsh treatments are going to be involved, to test the metals of the people participating! In the end, it really is about passion for food! And you know what people might forget? There can not be satisfaction without people appreciating your efforts towards the food you have created, derived from your passion towards it! HONEST feedback is crucial!
THAT is one of the reasons - I'm sure - why Gordon Ramsey metaphorically gave the F-finger to the pompous "judge" who said there is no such thing as garlic bread (in Italian cuisine).

Bottomline is: Gordon Ramsey is F'ng passionate who wants to bring out the best in people when it comes down to food and I respect him for that.

Minimum effort, maximum satisfaction - Gino D’acampo; beautiful examples of this philosophy displayed here. Thank you, Gordon.

Not eating meat is a decision. Eating meat is an instinct.

I might do the sausage thing like I do fajitas, Cook the meat first to get the flavor in the pan, remove, cook the veggies in the rendering and a little more oil if needed. Then I'd stir the rice a bit in the flavored oil, add the liquid and meat and then proceed like you did.

Made the sausage rice dish and it was delicious. It was pretty good even with Impossible sausage too if you're vegetarian. Still tasted really meaty. Although, I highly recommend to anyone -- do not use 1tsp of paprika. That isn't enough imo. Use 1-2tbsp and consider adding some heat with some chopped chilis or cayenne pepper. Also, black pepper because black pepper is good with most things. Also tried this with cilantro/coriander and it was really good if you like latin flavors.
