My biggest tip for you if you're trying to embrace curly/wavy hair is...stop heat styling! Do not flat iron your hair because it will continue to disrupt the curl pattern (plus it's just going to damage your hair). A channel I recommend for curly hair info is Manes by Mell. Best of luck!

Hi Emily a tip for your hair (as a wavy girl ) salt sea spray use it when it's slightly damp and let it dry naturally, crunching it occasionally as it's drying completely x x love from Bunbury western Australia

I have curly hair and I live off olive oil hair gel. Scrunch it into your wet hair and it'll help hold your Curl pattern as your hair dries. If it gets crunchy once it's dry you can smooth it out with an oil or anti frizz cream

Jurassic park mom shorts!! 😂😂 I think for the look you were going for, you did pretty good. If you could sew then the boxer type shorts would've been perfect. Bummer that it didn't fit, but maybe go the Amazon route.
