Blue is your colour. I like how you try things in order to find the best option. Your coat is a Men’s version based on the buttons. Along with the striped shirt. Up cycling is good. If you hemmed your dress to just above your knees not too short it would look great . Adding the brown belt works. I need to experiment more. Thank you!
