I was in prison years ago due to a stupid mistake. Met a guy behind bars, that dude conned millions out of people, similar scheme, got sentenced for 8 years, was in his 5th year. Do you know what he told me?

"I know what I did. But you know what? They weren't able to find all the money. One day I will be out, buy a great house, car and still will be rolling in cash. They will have their moral victory, but not much else and I will be the rich one. It was worth it".

So yeah, 7 years for this guy is not enough. And believe me, people like him, cheaters, scammers, they never feel any regret for what they did. He will just be counting days to the moment he's back to his luxury and then laugh in everybody's faces.

Jay really preyed upon people in the NY Metro Area who at that time were reeling with being the Epicenter of the Pandemic. Jobs were lost, people were losing loved ones or knew someone who lost someone to COVID, people were scraping by to just eat a meal.
