Peperonato. Never knew it’s name! 😆 that is my families “tomato” gravy for stuffed peppers, stuffed cabbage rolls and meatloaf. Not as many peppers but 50/50 tomatoes and peppers, garlic, onions seasonings and olive oil. Now l know ❤Thank you! Beautiful kit👍
