Great tutorial! RCB from blender market is also free as long as you use it for 1 car. Quite good addon for rigging cars

You could do the eyes in the white square with mix shader layer better. Overall awesome video.

this is an amazingly useful tutorial, but one important part is left out: how do you animate the little car? say with this rig, how do you follow a curve and automatically rotate the wheel and make the car fall over in the corners? i did it on my own, but i can't do it with this rig. so i would like to see the continuation of the video.

I assigned the body and front left wheel but when I try to do the same to the rest of the wheels the vertex groups are not showing up

I think that at 15:29 you could turn on snapping and change it to face project to align it perfectly with the car, but I'm not entirely sure on how it works

Wonder why you used this mechanism vs a more easier using simply rotation. Was that to teach the transform constraint?

Generally like the speed of your tutorials, but in this one at least you don{t always mention which mode you{re in. Since the upper area of YouTube often overlay the upper section it{s east to miss the mode selection.
