I try to follow the logic in all this. Putin says if Russia's security is threatened, he will launch nuclear weapons. But if he launches nukes, will that make Russia more secure? He talks as if Russia is the only country that has nukes. Maybe he's saying, "If Russia's security is threatened, I'll commit suicide".
