I never played Bayonetta on an Xbox-360.But I had no problems on the playstation 3.Perfect graphics and no bugs.

At least they should bring the original Bayonetta to WiiU first.That will make those Nintendo players not miss out and those other console gamers not have to plug their console and WiiU when they want to play Bayonetta.

Took the words right out of my mouth Force... i never purchased the PS2.5 AKA Wii... an i wont buy the Wii U either... Bayonetta i did buy and now i will not... Save $400 + $50 or $60 is a Win for me sorry Sega/Nintendo but having the freedom to buy a game on any platform is a privilege i'm all to accustomed to... Plus the new consoles are just around the corner and PC's really do Own the Frames Per Second, Graphics, Sound Quality, ect ect ect...

Funny, because I own the game on the PS3 and I've not seen anything you've mentioned in any way noticeable enough to ruin the game's experience for me.
I own it on PS3, I love the game, and I already have my Wii U in anticipation of this second outing of the franchise.
The first game didn't get the sales it truly deserved, and I'm glad the sequel lives on.^_^

Oh and it's not the first bad business decision Nintendo made. Remember the SNES? It was to have a CD add-on, but they rejected it. It then became the first PlayStation, one of the most successful gaming consoles in history. Basically Nintendo shot itself in the foot and was partly responsible for creating more competition.
