There are lots of guesses on the chord progression here. Here's my guess:

It is an AB format
A Cm7 F#min7 Em7 A7 D (D#dim) E A E7

The A part is without the D#dim and the B part is with it.

The Em7 A7 D sounds like a standard 2 5 1 to me (so it is a 5min 1 4)

Nice chord substitution. Shift the 7th scale degree down one for that G major to make it mixolydian. I tend to think of it just as a key change up a forth
