Please: as someone who models metal parts: why is there no threads
in the distant past there was a plug in: no more. This would really bring sketch up into the real 3-D modeling big leagues.

Yet again, great info! I did not know about selecting co-planaraererish lines and offsetting them together, nor about the double-tap to repeat an offset amount.

Great stuff. Any change you guys will do a full hour modeling stream on an iPad, and make, for example something off of star wars? 🤭🤭🤭

Hmmm. When I preselect just a couple edges of a face (so they are in the same plane) and then click on the Offset tool, my preselected edges become deselected, so offsetting just a couple edges of a face doesn’t seem possible. I seem to only be able to offset edges of an enclosed face. I am using SketchUp Go on my iPad. Is this a capability that I’d have to upgrade my subscription in order to utilize? Or has something changed since the release of this video?

great video as always Aaron however your sound level is very low for some reason and has been getting quieter with each new video.
