Yes I would try to uninstall unlimtones, reboot your iPhone, then reinstall unlimtones. Its rare that people have a problem with this app so that should fix it.

In Cydia go to Changes press refresh to let Cydia reload and then try to re-download it.

I was able to make a tone using this but the volume of the sound was just about half of the original volume...

I thought it might b that but i checked n it wasnt on silent...i tried respringing thinkin its a glitch bt it didnt work... Should i delete unlimtones n download again?? Thanks alot! BTW i got my pandora to save songs from ur other video!! Awesome!!
