This exercise helps improve shoulder mobility and posture. Here’s how to do it right:
1. Set Up: Start with your palms facing you and rotate your arms so your palms are towards your face.
2. Posture: Push away from the foam roller, keeping your back straight.
3. Slide: Roll your arms up the wall, maintaining that external rotation. If your palms start to turn in, roll back down.
You should feel a gentle stretch in the back of your shoulder as you flex your arms over your head. Give it a try and feel the difference! 🌟
