Ale małego wianka od strony zębatki już nie nasmarowałeś smarem, błąd!!!☺
Śmigam na takiej piaście całorocznie już ze 20 lat, ostatnio "odkryłem" genialny smar Shimano do piast, ten biały specjalny, dobry jest skubany. Ja rozbieram całą piastę na drobno, myję, przedmuchuję sprężonym powietrzem i wszystkie elementy podczas składania smarem na biało (ale z umiarem), na wianki można dać inny gęściejszy, a na hamulec daję inny też Shimano, ten czarny do rolkowego hamulca. Piastka chodzi jak złoto, i nam spokój na kilka sezonów!☺

Bought an old bike and had to replace the shifter + clickbox (spectro P5) So far so good. The only thing I noticed is that when I am pedalling and shifting up or down, it doesnt automatically go into the new gear. I have to stop pedalling or move the pedal ever so slightly backwards for it to get into gear. @LONER BIKES is this normal for these types of (older) shifters?

That's not shimano - you should disassemble the whole gears into separate parts. Then clean it. And the grease it and assemble back
