Good video, the only comment is that for your next videos, slow down a bit on your process. You are going way to fast and it would really help if you slow down and explain where exactly you are going to do the next step and perhaps why.... Other than that is a good learning video...!

Forest and domain functional level should be the highest number right, you are installing ADDS services in 2016 server

May I ask why you decided to store the AD DS in a different location and not the default. And is best practise?

I have a Windows Server 2003 DC (DC running DHCP, AD, and DNS). Now I have a new Dell Server with a Windows Server 2016 license. Server 2003 have C class IP & New server will be with A class IP, I want to make New server as domain controller & demote 2003 server but I want to keep the old server to be in network for few months.

So what can I do? Can I assign new server as Domain controller & Install AD, DHCP DNS on It & remove all the roles (AD, DHCP, DC, DNS) from old server.
