For me the Meshify C is still the best Fractal case.
Affordable, good looking, great airflow and it is quite small for an ATX case

I don't understand the '2-slot GPU' only decision.
Can't say it's because of size, since there are many, many other ITX options that offer the same that are smaller. And having the 3 slots available opens up GPU options, and provides more space/configurations for proper ventilation.

Why do you think a company who’s had several excellent cases would have such an oversight on thermals on this one? It’s not like Fractal is new to case design.

I personally think that this case is more for professional office use, for something that looks good (not too gamer-like) and has the ability to have great gaming hardware in it. Like this is what I would think belongs in here:

Ryzen 7 3800X
GeForce RTX 2060 Super/Radeon RX 5600 XT
16GB 3600 MHz

The reason I am not putting a 2080 Super or something in here is because it is more office focused (or at least I think), with some gaming capability. Good cooling for the CPU, but not a whole ton of super high airflow and great cooling for the graphics card.
