AEG Review | 18V Combo Kit + Framer

In this video I unbox AEG's battery frame and 6 piece combo kit, and take it to site with me to review the tools as I use them for the first time.

Have 6ah batteries 10 years now, 5 of them. Still going great. Purchased this kit 10 years ago minus the multi tool. Never stopped.

I rate all my aeg stuff had it now for 5 years being a mechanical plumber and have cut out loads of 150 steel pipe with that sawzall with a 9amp on it. Best part about aeg is you can forget to pack them up on site and come back to them the next day haha and thats on big hospital jobs and all

AEG is just a sub company of TTI (who owns Ryobi, Milwaukee and Rigid) so I am pretty sure these tools are rebranded Rigid stuff.

Are you gonna make a full time switch to aeg froam dewalt?
Curious as i have most dewalt tools but here its $2000 for a full aeg set with that nail gun on redemption, dewalt you only get half of the for that price

took me a little longer than it should've to realize that AEG is Ridgid's Australian brand.... Recognized several tools I have but with different lettering lol

Genuinely curious what the difference is to the Ryobi one as they're both from TTI and look like they have the exact same shape.

Had one for a year, was good for maybe a week, now can hardly sink a nail into pine, its terrible for skewing nails as the teeth have to be set as far back as possible to get any depth. It's been pumped up to the recommended psi multiple times with no improvement. The Milwaukie is about the same weight but weighted much better than the aeg. I have almost all of the 18v Aeg tools including the gardening range, happy with most of them but the framer and Brad nailer are trash tbh.
