Valentina D'Efilippo is a designer, illustrator, and creative director based in London.

Valentina enjoys working with public organisations, start-ups, agencies and global brands. After leading the design team at Signal Noise, a data design agency part of the Economist Group, she recently returned to run her own practice full-time.

Did you have to explain to them what "concept" means? Were they primed in other ways?
