How to open, extract and convert a RAR file using Bitser freeware

I might try downloading this, BUT CAN YOU HELP ME!? okay so say i download a normal extractor programme like WinRar (which i do use), but sometimes when i try to extact a rar file it comes up something like "You don't have the correct Volume to extract" ...What does it mean? please help

i have 7zip and i used to be able to extract on desmume, the application and the settings and all that, well ever since i got an antivirus software. it now just extracts ALL the files. like 90 files, instead of the application. do you know how to fix this?

i did exactly as the video show and at the end the file says zip and not rar, but when i try to play it it says : Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file.

now what ? =/

Thank you!!! I've been trying to open these files for ages. I've downloaded the rar files but I can't seem to do anything with them. I open them up and internet explorer tries to open but fails and it just brings me back to the download box with two options, open or save. Thank you!

whenever i try to open it i get a message saying "windows cannot open this file, to open this file windows needs to know what program created it."
