I am now 68 and an Indian. The love of basic physics has never left me even after I retired from my professional life long ago. Listening to Prof. Anderson's lectures has become irresistible to me . He makes complicated problems appear so simple as if he were solving them in his sleep. Hats off to the dear professor! How I desire all could be like him.

“Backwards” writing pulled me in, and a well-expounded physics lecture kept me for the whole video. It makes me want to go back to college for a masters degree. Nice job!

There never a better time in history than this, if only most human have their basic need taken care of so they may take full advantage of this gem 💎. What a great teacher at out fingertips

Thank you professor Matt Anderson.
I watched two of your lectures, two years ago. Theoretical learning takes time to settle in, even longer time to produce practical implementations.
I had a DC brushless motor to fix. The electronic driver was burned and one of the coils was burned. I was lost for parts. I waited a day, to find a practical solution, then I remembered your lessons.
I took out all the stator complex, including the electronic driver, and threw it away.
I winded a simple circular plastic ring with enameled wire. The inner side of the plastic ring is shielded by aluminium foil and mu-metal.
The windings are perpendicular to the magnetic field of the outer rotor.
I added one resistor.
It works perfectly. No electronic driver, nor multiple coils.
One coil and one transistor- that's all the stator.

One's greatest asset is his learning.
Society greatest asset is its teachers.

Ive said this before on your other videos, but especially this semester during remote learning: you are my savior Professor Matt. Thank you for the care and consideration put into your videos. I wish my professor was more like you.

wow...bought back memories of 1984 year 11 physics.... my teacher was so insistant on drumming the RHR into us ...this is the only thing i understood and remembered after all these years. it got me a pass in final year physics. thanks for this ! ( Father Brennan yelling in comical manner " right hand rule, right hand rule"}

Your videos are the only ones I need to brush -up my skills! presented mathematically, conceptually and perfect diagramming! Thank you prof. I should or YouTube should have recommended me this as early as possible!

you are amaizing. you appoach to each topic in very clever and attractive way so that audiance understand the connection between each topic. I haven't learnt thislesson in this orderly manner and I was confused about magnetism back in school. I was able to figure it out within this one hour
