I’m a beginner wanting to learn and as of right now I’m practicing the Ollie and for some reason before I pop the board my arm gets tight and hard and it for some reason releases all of my strength onto the board. If you have tips on how to control it please reply. Thank you and have a good day.

I love varial flips, I do them all the time and I never understood why you would hate on them.. looks sick in my opinion and you can definitely make them look steezy
