I listen to this everyday. ❤️

This is my biggest stress reliever. Take deep breath, complete the entire mantra, slowly breath in and do the same. It stimulates the vagus nerve (the master control nerve). When you combine unconditional divine love, mantra, with breathwork (pranayama), magics happen.

If possible do it in brahmi muhurtha. When everything is aligned.

As I’m anchored to this, when I go to ISCKON every Sunday, when they play this - I get goosebumps and vibrations around my head. Embrace nofap to deepen this.
