I love the measuring tools, mate. And drones are a fantastic idea for inspectors so people can avoid going onto the roof, especially when it is raining, or for roofs that are super steep.

Surely the chewing gum container is an industry standard recognised measurement of the average cowboy builder. 😂 And the Scottish salt shaker is a finer increment of measurements used within the cowboy builders industry. I never knew the socket tester had other purposes either. 😂 Brilliant work !

Hey NHQC, I'd be really interested to know how 'bad' these are? It'd be really cool to get a sum up, a "these are quick fixes but shouldn't be here", "Just cosmetic but a bad look", or a "This will be expensive to fix, and definitely needs doing"

I just sometimes struggle with understanding how critical some of these things are. Are they deal breakers, or just annoyances?
