reccomend to ziptie the clutch fork down while installing it sucks for that thing to come off

Now that I've done this a few times, I think the hardest part is messing with the stupid exhaust. I also wish my dust shield wasnt missing.

I came across your 3650 tear down videos. Did you end up just getting a replacement transmission or did you rebuild it? (Watching this video now... maybe I asked too soon lol)

Do you have any tricks for installing the speedo gear on the output shaft? I cracked two and I want to take a different approach.
