Do it in a full tank using the recommended RPM, this is a purposefully bad showing of a decent tool.

The worst way to Demo this tool is on a Cutaway tank with no water. I have already seen People posting videos of attempting to use the tool with the tank Drained and even one that Cut over 1/2 the cable off(because - gas water heater) smh

The right way to do this is to fully unscrew and remove the drain bib, and then using that hole, put in a poly tube, connected to a shop vac and suck up all the sediment. It is the only way to do this properly.
