A favorite Christmas memory with my married kids: making chocolates! We poured melted chocolate into molds (some had lollipop sticks), dipped the ends of pretzel rods and added sprinkles, covered pretzels with caramels and chocolate, or stirred various nuts into the melted chocolate and spooned into nut cups. We also made truffles with crushed Oreos and cream cheese rolled into balls and dipped in chocolate. I still get requests for them.
