Russian air defenses down passenger jet: report

New reports say Russian air defenses are responsible for bringing down a passenger plane in Kazakhstan. Dozens of people are dead. FOX 5's Kenneth Moton has the latest.

This aircraft has shrapnel holes in the tail section which is what a SAM Missile does, it has a (proximity) warhead that fires shrapnel into the airplane when its warhead detonates. This is just like the airliner (Malaysia Airlines Flight 17) that Russia shot down over eastern Ukraine about 10 years ago.
