Front Bumper Removal & Ambient Air Temp Sensor Replacement /// BMW 335i E90

In this DIY, I'm replacing the Ambient Air Temp Sensor on my 3 Series, 2007 BMW 335i ( E90 N54) project car. To do so, I removed the front bumper. You don't necessarily have to completely remove the bumper and wheels but I was also installing other parts in the process and it's not much more work.

I didn't show the re-assembly but it's just the reverse process 😁

Thanks for the DIY. From it I was able to figure out that the front bumper removal isn't completely necessary.

I just unscrewed the four top bumper torx screws and then popped out the driver's side grill. I then lifted up the duct seal and was able to get my hand in there to replace it.

This was on an 09 e92 328i, so it may be different on others.
