I allowed one of my employers to do it, reason being we weren't for the pay check we there for the social activities. It was a swimming club filled with kids and they always wanted to do art projects, food fest, and play music it was a lot of fun. They could barley keep the lights on, then all of a sudden they have an insurance claim...The place was on fire and they never opened up again. Now the space is owned by a construction outfit.

Yes they absolutely can. I'm experiencing working with ppl who should have pointed out (we get 7) but are still here because they are buddies with the HR lady and she changes clock in/out times when ppl are late to reflect false punctuality.

What do you do when you work for the state and have to file your hours online and they have a glitch that causes you to miss a paycheck?

My employer is editing time cards for clocking in early or late and returning the clock ins and outs to the original scheduled time. My employer stated they do not have to pay anyone for working early unless it's authorized. All employees are non exempt hourly workers. This is wage theft is it not?

I have been wrongfully terminated after I put in a safety complaint . After I did that I received excessive disciplinary actions from managers due to my headphones being wrapped around my neck so I don't lose them .I was eventually terminated because on this on false pretense of not following safety

Is this a strong case of retaliation via wrongful termination?
