I love how much fun Valteri is having at AR. Yeah their car is way behind but just look at that guy’s face lol. He’s so chill now, and his joy is clearly contagious because Zhou’s outfit in Austin was incredible and he clearly enjoyed wearing it. Hopefully they make some serious gains and keep both of these guys.

Love Oscar’s attitude. A lot of drivers and teams have the attitude that if they mess up or have a bad weekend they say “a weekend to forget” but Oscar wants to learn from his mistake. I know he’s a rookie and he should learn from his mistakes but still. Nothing from his mouth ever come out as arrogant or unprofessional.

GP and Max work well together, people don’t seem to get that Max knows how valuable GP is to his success. Sure, with any close business partner there will be some heat of the moment situations, it comes with the territory
