Hey, I got rid of my PCOs with diet, drinking herbal teas, exercising, and working on my mindset, I have 3 children now, even though I was told I'd never conceive.

For those saying the spearmint tea isn't working... you also have to have a clean diet. The herb helps reduce androgen levels but if you're still eating foods that do the opposite you won't see a difference. Also natural remedies are always better than surgery, laser etc... It may take time for your body to adjust but you also have to create the environment where the herbs can work their magic.

I found this page and I am crying like a baby out loud. I have pcos and insulin resistance and 109kg at the moment and don't have people who understand this. And then found this channel

Honestly, this coupled with electrolysis has been an absolute game changer. Electrolysis was my last resort as the tea wasn't enough for me. I started in feb and let me tell Every week once a week for 30 mins and I am barely seeing any on my face now! ♡ It has reduced dramatically! Stay consistent with it and I promise you'll thank yourself later. I honestly believe with all my heart that this should be covered by insurance.

This has been a huge deal for me!!! The tea is the main thing I've been consistent with but its WORTH it. I have just been using "Traditional Medicinals" cheap spearmint bags from Walmart and its still been effective, but id like to grow some, too :) my girl beard is not completely gone but it's DEFINITELY reduced in density of active follicles, and stopped spreading beyond my chin. I prefer to pluck mine to reduce the shadow and it's down to once or twice a week, instead of daily. I have fewer hairs when i do, and the individual hairs aren't as thick and fast growing. It's also reduced the hairfall on the top of my head, i think. Paired with rosemary hair oiling for the past 4 ish months now, I am finally noticing little baby hairs on my scalp with pointed ends, hopefully meaning they're regrowth ❤

Edit: I'm also on my 3rd month of no gluten, dairy, and eating in a way that manages my blood sugar (whole food focused meals, pairing higher glycemic items when i do have them, like a df/gf dessert, with fiber and protein). I'm NOT perfect with it but its a big improvement on what i was doing before. Glucose Goddess here on YouTube has some good evidence-supported tips if you are working on your insulin levels :)

I’m going on keto again to detox my body for a while, thank the Lord I found this woman! I hope this works…. I’m going to start doing it! ❤❤❤ I’m so tired of shaving! I’ve used the men’s Gillette five blade razor for so many years. I should be sponsored by them! Lol.😅

I’ve had facial and neck hair since I started my period. It is thick and dark.
I am now 70 years old old and it hasn’t stopped growing. I have used diplitories, razors, lasers etc. . to no avail it still angers me!

‼️ It's important to note that SPEARMINT should only be consumed if you don't have kidney problems. Also, if you are on a lot of medications you should consult with your doctor first as it could cause kidney damage. ‼️

AND if you are taking sedative medication (some depression/anxiety, ADHD and sleep meds etc.) it intensifies drowsiness, which is something you probably don’t want in the morning.

Electrtloysis is the only thing that works. We are all way to human to keep a clean enough diet and lifestyle as well as a consistent routine of drinking this tea in order to make a differences. I doubt she ever had facial hair or she would give you guys the real tea!

I've been drinking spearmint since last year and yes it kinda reduced my facial hairs and also help with pimples. It also minimizes my cravings, i'm drinking it twice a day. It was really very helpful, i never have to drink birth control pills . This year i changed to inositol, it's my 2nd month, i'm not sure if it has some effect but i think i'm switching back to spearmint soon .

I had facial hair only during adolescence, luckily. Then my hormones changed. I started to exercise more and have a healthier diet.
