Allah tests those that He loves

Prophet Ibrahim (as) was tested in so many ways throughout his life. It's not that he was tested by Allah even though he is righteous, he was tested because of how righteous he is.

Asalamualaikum brother I'm struggling with mental health problems and wanted to know this book your talking about? Never had any help with this all my life you can't begin to imagine how Allah has took me thru all this Alhumdulilah im allot better now that i have accepted it all my life I was holding this in but shukr Alhumdulilah he brought me back to him may Allah cure anybody of my muslim brothers and sisters who is going through any mental illness and may they be recognised because it can get hard when ppl around us dont know what is actually going on with a person and they think all sorts cussing him but Alhumdulilah i went through all this and come out stronger than ever and ilove Allah so much he is All i have only he can help me now hasbunaAllahu wanemalwakeel my brothers never lose faith in Allah

Allah says in the Quran:
وَمَآ أَصَـٰبَكُم مِّن مُّصِيبَةٍ فَبِمَا كَسَبَتْ أَيْدِيكُمْ وَيَعْفُوا۟ عَن كَثِيرٍ
"Whatever hardship befalls you is because of what your own hands have committed. And He pardons much" (42:30)

Everyone gets tested whether Muslim or Non-Muslim. The test before you become Muslim is to submit to your creator identifying his signs. The test after you submit and become Muslim is to have patience and prove whether your faith was real or not.

If Allah does not test those who commit sins with hardships that force them to repent and come closer to their maker than he is actually punishing them and what punishment can be worse?

We all think we have a hard life and others have it easy. That is before you hear the background stories of those others and realize how easy your test was and still how much ungrateful you were.

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “If Allah wills good for someone, He afflicts him with trials.”

Please make dua for me guys. Im suffering every day from the consequences of my Crohn's disease. Im isolated alone and in pain every day. I try to be patient as possible but I feel like i can't anymore. It's almost three months now of pain disappointment isolation and hospital visits. Im tired and broken
