I enthusiastically did the exercise again today, but this time I did it on all fours. I also put my other, non-exercising knee on a towel to compensate for a tilted pelvis. It felt good to me!

Thanks for the great exercise: Afterwards my knees felt soft and wide - just great!!! Luckily I noticed in time that initially I rotated my whole leg at the hip joint (also great, but only for the hip)...Thanks again!

I always ignored my quad because I assumed my yoga stretches would take care of it but it never did…Ghee, thx !

I noticed you sitting in a crosslegged position at the beginning of the video, and this is how I sit probably 65% of the time that I’m sitting. After finding your videos yesterday and watching the ones about not wanting your feet turned out when you stand, I was thinking maybe Sitting crosslegged would also be bad. Am I making an incorrect assumption?
