a lot of time in this country as elsewhere, conflicts occur between police and civilians not based on race but on POWER. specifically, the abuse thereof. so as unfortunate and over the top this experience is, it will do good to show that all brutal interactions are not between people of different colors based on racism or bigotry but the abuse of personal superiority in a profession where there can be done!
