The cat backpack is so cute! I have a medical mask a friend made that is just the beak of a plague doctor mask, and it's always a 50/50 shot whether I get glared at or complimented. Kids and old women seem to love it for some reason. Maybe Canadian old ladies are built differently, lol.

I remember making time for dates with our little one was small. now he's almost 16, you do get your together time back ! Enjoy small moments together, dont forget the spark you had before kiddos. :D

I don’t think people understand how difficult it is to leave your kids, especially when they have special needs. Even with the most competent sitter that you trust with all your heart. My husband and I haven’t been on a date in years either. We desperately need one. But you do what you have to. Glad to see you 2 enjoyed each others company. Keep it alive so you don’t lose yourselves when your kids are grown.
