1)Nurture ur dreams n goals( we r all have dreams age doesn't matter whtever is ur age 99..etc )👍
So whn u talk, think , imagine write, visualise ur dream u nurture ur dream /goal.
We have no boundaries/no limits
Whn u start nurturing ur goals /dream u thn we impose the boundaries/limits

2)Nurture ur body (whn u nurturing ur goals/dreams now u have a body to experience) live like good animal without -ve emotions(ego, hatred)etc👍 don't think wht others say 👍(animals)

3)Stay /live in present (u just simply focusing on ur breathe i.e meditation (close ur eyes start 3sec breathe in 1sec hold n 6sec breathe out), spend time with nature👍
Animals don't have negative thoughts whn u have negative thoughts challenges thm
Replace it with an optimistic (+ve thoughts)👍

4) Forgiveness ( u forgive urslf n others also
Living in clarity is consistent state comes of forgiveness
Living in that state of consciousness (sry, thank u +forgive)👍

5)Connect to ur source (nature)dit within nature
Whn u connect ur source u connecting ur true slf (divine energy of God)
