THIS SONG AND JOHNNY B GOODE WERE THE FIRST 45'S I OWNED WHEN I WAS A KID. LOVED PLAYING THEM AT MY HOUSE PARTIES. EVERYBODY GOT UP AND DANCED SHAKING THEIR GROOVE THINGS

I am so sorry the Vietnam Vets did not get the respect they deserved when they returned home. I never understood why. Much respect to all of you.

That picture reminds me of my friend Jim Riddle. Jim died several years ago. He was a door gunner on a UH 60 during Viet Nam. When he arrived they asked for volunteers with a "promise" of three months off their tour. Like everyone who has been in the services will tell you, "never volunteer and no matter what the recruiter says, don't count on it".

My cousin Bobby did 2 tours in Vietnam and seeing the choppers and hearing the radio chatter in the background reminds me of my brother Steve who was 101st Airborne, the Screaming Eagles. Bless all that served and are serving today. Thank you for your service.

God bless soldiers everywhere, they are ALL victims of other men's egos.

Blessings to all who gave their lives in what they thought was freedom
Unfortunately wars are fought behind closed doors by men that don’t have a clue what these guys went thru

My father-in-law served the Army Force and shared his stories to my wife. The Wooly bully song makes memories. God rest his soul. Never forgotten.🇺🇸❤️

We all did our duty one way or another but what an utter waste of over 56, 000 young Americans. Yes, I'm a vet

My father didn't serve in Vietnam. He was deaf in one ear and had bad eyesight. I was born in 68, and may not be here if he had to go!! God bless to all who did!!

I'm about 7 years too young to serve in Vietnam but most of friends who taught me about the biker lifestyle did serve and I thanked them like I do everyone who served. That was a totally different kind of home coming though
