‎Advice from Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله:

‎“A friend will not (literally) share your struggles, and a loved one cannot physically take away your pain, and a close one will not stay up the night on your behalf. So look after yourself, protect yourself, nurture yourself and do not give life’s events more than what they really are worth. Know for certain that when you break no one will heal you except you, and when you are defeated no will give you victory except your determination. Your ability to stand up again and carry on is your responsibility.

Do not look for your self-worth in the eyes of people, look for your worth from within your conscience. If your conscience is at peace then you will ascend high and if you truly know yourself then what is said about you will not harm you. Do not carry the worries of this life because this is for Allāh. And do not carry the worries of sustenance because it is from Allāh. And do not carry anxiety for the future because it is in the Hands of Allāh. Carry one thing; pleasing Allāh. Because if you please Him, He pleases you, fulfils you and enriches you.”

When a person dies, his soul stays next to his body when washing and suffocating, and when he is buried, his soul returns to his body, he wakes up to see the darkness in his grave and tries to get up 3 times, but his head hits the unit of his grave here realizing that he has died...
The denier and the denier of the kings comes with the torment of the grave, and they ask him about his Lord and about his religion and the name of the Messenger whom he sent among them
Either to succeed or to fail...
Then he goes to an area called Barzakh, there are two windows, one of them looks to heaven and the other on hell, man remains there waiting for the day of reckoning, any resurrection to go either to heaven or hell...
And also when one of his relatives comes to visit him in his grave, there is a king that goes to him and says to him: So your son or your brother... He is coming to visit you, his spirit is climbing up to the side of his grave waiting for the coming to him and he hears everything you say to him...
But I loved to remind myself and remind you of death, so let us ask Allah for forgiveness of our sins, O Allah, bless and grant peace upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and all companions
O Allah, I ask for your forgiveness and repent to you, O Allah, grant us a good ending 🤲
