You could have mentioned that the Operating cash flow decline y/y was due to the tax issues (I'm sure you've seen that line in the Cash Flow Statement). If you take out tax provisions or expenses, the Operating Cash Flow would be better than the same Q year ago. But you did point out the significant increase in the Investing Activity, that might explain the price drop after earnings.
