Chuck, My wife and I felt like we were catching a cold so I thought I'd give this one a try. You nailed it! This really tasted delicious and warmed us up. I added. About a cup of corn and a half of a red bell pepper, thinly sliced that I had. A handful of rice and chopped green onions made it into a filling meal. Now I'm going to search through your other content for a desert to have with tea. Thanks for sharing!!

I just found your channel, I don't know where you've been hiding! There are so many recipes in going to make! With this one I want to try baked wonton noodles or crisps. I have to look up the video. I will toss my mushrooms into a very hot pan first to saute. They release their water easily in a high heat pan and have a wonderful depth of flavor.

Nice flavor Chuck. Although it probably tastes better with the hoisin sauce but that is loaded with sugar and chemicals so I had to omit it. Thanks for a great recipe.
