Zindagi
Here’s a philosophical take on the different aspects of ‘Life’, the different shapes and colors that life manifests itself for us all. Written by Faizan Ali Faizan, the writer of “Akhri Phak” this song is about how ‘Life’ manifests itself to all and sundry. For some, it’s a bed of roses but for some, the same is a bed of thorns. Lo and behold! When one starts assuming that all is well it turns to be otherwise. C’est la vie (Such is life), as the famous French saying goes. What is life? Sages through the ages have pondered about it and all have returned with their own interpretations. For some, it’s the ultimate reality, for some it’s just an illusion, for some it’s the only reality and for some, it’s nothing but an amalgam of illusion and reality. It depends.
