Ingredients
Maida - 3 tablespoons
Cornflour - 3 tablespoons
White pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Egg - 1
Boneless chicken - 200 gm
Cooking oil - 150 ml
Cooking oil - 1 tablespoon
Chopped capsicum - 1 small
Chopped onion - 1 small
Chopped garlic - 20 gm
Chopped green chillies - 3
Finely chopped onion - 1/2
Chopped red chillies - 2
Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves - 10
Water - 150 ml
White pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Curd - 2 tablespoons
Schezwan sauce - 3 tablespoons
1 tablespoon cornflour + 20 ml water
Chopped spring onion - 1 tablespoon
Preparation
In a mixing bowl add maida, cornflour, white pepper, ginger garlic paste, salt and one egg. Whisk well. Add boneless chicken and mix well. Keep aside for at least 15 minutes. Deep fry in hot oil and keep aside.
In a large pan heat oil. Add chopped capsicum, onion, garlic, green chillies and finely chopped onion. Sauté. Add red chilli, mustard seeds, curry leaves and sauté. Add water, white pepper, coriander powder, chilli powder, salt, curd and Schezwan sauce. Mix well. Add cornflour mixed with water. Mix well. Add the fried chicken and some chopped spring onion. Mix well.
