after taking the splash shield push pins out, there are 2 nuts that you called bolts. Do i only take the nuts off, or do i take both the nuts and screws out?

yeah 30 to 45 minutes maybe for a body shop. everything that can go wrong did, the plastic push pins cracked and broke, and be careful when you're trying to get the bolts off after the wheel wells come off because most of those plastic pins broke, the bracket that your removing the bolts from is usually rusted out and those ALL break as well!! And then you either need to create a new bracket and solder the correct size bolts on, which I did, or you have to get a hold of the dealership to purchase them! So basically be prepared to give yourself 24 hrs time after all is said and done. but I did it, installed new lighting system and after a weekend,

If your Mustang has a lower engine splash shield it is also bolted to the bottom of the bumper and they will also need to be removed.

Only bad thing are the bumper bracket bolts are always exposed to moisture thus mine has 1 of 2 broke on two side & they are hard to find, I’m still looking for right & left
