Can the T-Mobile iPhone 5 keep up with you AT&T and Verizon versions? Here's a Speedtest comparison in San Francisco, where T-Mobile's 4G LTE network is MIA, but where its speedy HSPA+ network serves as a fine substitute.

Sensorly shows Sprint LTE in more and more places. I've been very pleased thus far.

For now I have to do Verizon with travel because areas these other carriers will not have good service. I'm ok with it though now but was considering leaving near future. With new home though Verizon has tower so close and actually getting 4G here...It's a small country town away from cities. I think couple nights ago I got just over 20mbps here...faster than city house but also more would be on it.

For anyone who doesn't know HSPA+ is what T-Mobile's is running. It outbeats Verizon's LTE. Technically LTE should be faster as HSPA+ is 3G tech.

That's because there are more users on Verizon than on at&t .. that's how Verizon started hitting up that 50mbps limit every time .. just wait a few years .. Verizon's LTE is the oldest LTE network in the county if to put it into perspective

It all depends on your location. Verizon is faster than both in certain areas, AT&T is faster in some areas, and same thing w. T-Mobile. At the end of the day, Verizon has the most mature network w. over 400 markets so i'd def wanna consider that over the others.

You do know that most people with an LTE capable device are going with Verizon since they have the most reliable coverage, so of course it will be slower.

If you think about it t mobile isnt running on 4g lte here and it still did fairly good I guess.. at&t is full bars and it ran like super fast Verizon two bars on 4g lte and run a bit under t mobile

You can see that the Verizon Phone has only some bars not the full coverage like the other two.

I am not a hater, but look at T-Mobile's ping at over 500ms. Now that is incredibly slow. Also remember that T-Mobile doesn't have as many people on their network in comparison to their peers. 4G LTE is coming but it will never be equal to AT&T's or Verizon's in speed, coverage and signal penetration. T-Mobile can not afford to keep prices low with unlimited data for very long. I expect AT&T and Verizon to begin offering more data for less money within the next 3 to 6 months.

The ping on tmobile was 577 that's supper bad but it's faster in bandwidth

The reason Verizon Wireless is slow is because it only has two bars of 4G LTE

here in brazil we have a carrier that the 3G reaches less than 1mb and the ping is more than 1000, so be quiet

do it when you have full bars on all the phones, AT&T is usually the worst.
