what would you do if he keeps punching you in the ribs while you are clinching him?

The missing stuff from this video is the street fight aspect of playing dirty: grabbing an ear and trying to tear it, going for the eyes, also biting. Are the shown techniques in any way able to deal with it? Most of the "combat"-ready grappling I've seen focuses heavily on keeping either out of the range of the opponents head (and keeping your head out of his range) or on being able to keep it in check with keeping the ability to knee or elbow the head if it comes for a dirty trick.
