Explanation: When Washington refused to run for a 3rd term, that set a precedent (basically an unnoficial rule) for President's not seeking a 3rd term. There were several attempts to do so despite the precedent but FDR was the first one to succeed. However, after his death they decided to make the rule official.

Its crazy how we all just gotta wait till tons of people kick the bucket just to have a chance of honest represntation. There needs to be an age limit.

The minimum age to run for President is 35, which by age standards is "fully grown adult", but I feel we could bump that down to 30 or at least 32.
