Leading Stallions to turnout / Leading difficult horses

Показать описание
Horses that are difficult to lead often spend most of their days in a stall. The excitement just takes over. It is more difficult even, when stallions have to be turned out in close proximity to mares as hormones will play a large role in the stallion's behaviour. More often than not, stallion chains are deemed necessary to lead a stallion or a difficult horse. However, there is another way we can teach the horse to curb its enthusiasm until free in the paddock or field. A little bit of patience goes a long way, as does the calm handler. This video shows how an inexperienced handler is learning to take this stallion from stall to paddock and her progress.
