Germany and the EU won't find any "cheap" energy especially from Russia. Those days are over. Even if Russia does export energy it will no longer be cheap, but at competitive market rates. Bottom line is that German and EU industries will not be competitive and de-industrialization is inevitable.

China is not declining. The chinese economy out performed every western economy at 5.2%. They did not stimulate their economy. They have 18 trillion in domestic savings, 1 trillion a year in trade surplus and only 12.5 trillion dollars government debt. china is not declining.
