I'm having an issue with that exact radio, with a 102 whip. Even in cal mode the transmit is very weak or non existent. I receive very clear, however. Any idea why?

I have the same cab radio and when I switch to swr and channel 1 and key it doesn't hit all red. How am I supposed to fix this?
