If you're buying budget, it's the
Montech Air 903 MAX (70$). It's good good airflow, has all the fans you need and is pretty kitted out. The fans are also ARGB.

Antec C5 is a great case. It's the fish case kind. Comes with 7 pre installed ARGB fans and can support up to an ATX mobo. It's about $170 here in Australia. The only problem is the fans kinda suck but for that price it still looks amazing. I couldn't find any reviews on it- it's quite a new case so just be warned build quality might suck

I built in the King 95 Pro and it is so nice to build in. Plenty of room in the second chamber and easy to work around in there.

i love the h6 flow it has great airflow and the dual chamber design is great.

Fractal north. Looks great and has really good airflow and enough space for the majority of people.

Runners up would be the fractal torrent or methify 2, a black lian li lancool 3, corsair 4/5000d airflow (their old but they are still some of the best cases on the market imo) and on a really tight budget the MSI mag forge 100r.

I’ve got a little underdog Typs case for you: Antec C3 ARGB. Thing is in your fishtank design however not dual chambered and more like the NV5 in that manner. Comes with 4 argb fans per installed (3 reverse blade for side intake one rear exhaust) and a fan hub. The IO also has great options and it has a lotta space for all the cables
+ the harddrive cage is removable for you to be able to add another fan on the bottom.
Costs very little for the value (like 70-80€/$) and is an overally strong recommendation by me 😊

The H9 Flow was an amazing case to build in. Bought one 2 days ago and was the easiest to build in and the easiest to build manage with. I've never liked the NZXT case looks, was always with Corsair. But this H-line up is awesome.

For fish tank the best value case is antec c5 it has 7 preinstalled argb fans

The pop air is a little annoying to build in but if you utilize the top fans slots to pull air in the front slot and push air out of the back slot you can achieve some pretty insane thermals as you are essentially feeding your CPU air cooler fresh air directly

For budget builds, the deepcool matrexx 40 is a really nice choice, clean, good airflow and great price
