Michelin Star Restaurant | Vespertine

If Thomas Keller and Tim Burton decided to make a restaurant, it would probably be similar to our experience at Jordan Kahn's Vespertine. Awarded 2 Michelin Stars, this food is full of mystery and the taste is out of this world! waiters dressed like monks whose robes glide around the room, a building built especially for the restaurant; Vespertine has to be the most unique and excellent dining experiences we ever had. It is so much more than just food: it is precision and delight!

The atmosphere was dark, and has been described by some critics as depressing, but we found the experience inspirational and the food (even the gluten-free/vegan option) exceptional! We hope you are inspired by Jordan Kahn's work in this video, to think outside the box, create your own style, and make it excellent!
